The refrigerated compartment body is mainly made of composite material and thermal insulation material.

Composite material has the advantages of light weight, high strength, low thermal conductivity, good anti-corrosion performance, no need to paint, easy maintenance and repair, and has become the main production material of refrigerated car body. The thermal insulation material is polyurethane rigid foam, which has very low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal insulation performance, easy to form and construction, and can ensure the excellent thermal insulation performance of the refrigerated carriage.

The body is composed of five body plates with deep buried bolts. The structure of the body is stable, without deformation, and has strong tightness. All keel connections are fitted with environmentally friendly waterproof wood for bridge breaking.

The refrigerated truck produced by our company has the advantages of light weight, high strength, low thermal conductivity, good anti-corrosion performance, strong tightness and excellent thermal insulation performance.
